1 General Provisions & Definitions

This document is the legal agreement between the joaa9 platform and its users. "joaa9", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation operating this platform. "Player", "user", and "you" refer to any registered member using joaa9's services.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If your name, phone number, or payment account details are incorrect, the withdrawal process may be delayed or cancelled.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from the welcome bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus will expire once the period ends.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your continued platform activity. joaa9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw VIP benefits for any reason, though an attempt will be made to notify your account before any change takes effect.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joaa9 platform:

• Using an account for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using bots, automated software, or any form of cheating technology.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in support of a person under 21 years of age.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other players.

If these rules are violated, joaa9 may permanently close the account and forfeit funds without prior notice.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Gaming Integrity

All games on the joaa9 platform operate on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are random and not predetermined. If a technical error occurs, the relevant round may be cancelled and bets returned.

7.2 Technical Issues

joaa9 is not responsible if a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a device issue. However, for issues on the server side, a reasonable resolution will be attempted.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, refunds on bets in the event of a match cancellation or over reduction will be determined in accordance with the rules of the specific market.

8 Responsible Gaming

• You can set your own deposit and betting limits.
• A temporary break or account self-exclusion facility is available.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 joaa9's Rights

joaa9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

9.2 Player's Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. Before closing your account, withdraw any funds remaining in your balance (excluding bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been met).
